Pros

Earlier, this company was different. We used to have real discussions in meeting rooms. People would brainstorm together, talk openly, and solve problems as a team. It really felt like a team. Now, even though we work remotely, there is no life or connection. Everyone is busy blaming each other instead of solving issues. The leadership is very incompetent, and many people got into leadership because of favouritism. Good employees are either fired or they leave on their own. The leaders don't seem to have any idea about what is actually happening in the company.

Cons

The biggest problem is the HR team and its leadership. The Vice President of HR does not have a formal HR background and approaches people-related decisions with a finance mindset. Many decisions feel immature and unfair. There also seems to be favouritism, with people being hired from her previous workplace, creating a monopoly instead of bringing in diverse talent. Financial and HR decisions often appear to be poorly handled, which affects both the company and its employees. The Head of HR works remotely and does not seem to add much value or support employees effectively. The recruiter and HR business partner based in Hyderabad are mostly junior and are unable to resolve issues. Their usual response is, "I'll speak to the management and get back to you," but very rarely is there any meaningful follow-up or resolution.

Pros

The remote-first culture is exceptionally well-executed, offering true flexibility that allows for a healthy work-life balance and a high degree of autonomy.

Cons

The leadership within the Customer Success department lacks the necessary experience to navigate complex issues, often leading to a lack of professional guidance. Feedback is frequently vague or inconsistent, making it difficult to understand performance expectations or hit specific growth targets. Additionally, the internal processes are disjointed and inefficient, which creates unnecessary friction when trying to deliver value to customers.
