As an employer there are there are times associates have to be terminated. It is never a pleasant situation, unfortunately it is usually a result of policy infractions. Management expects policies to be followed regardless of personal feelings towards those policies. Most infractions are met with counseling but in some cases immediate termination is necessary. Most complaints result from individuals not accepting accountability. Benefits available for management associates.

Due to the nature of the business, most positions are seasonal with no benefits, limited year-round staff.

Nice relaxing work environment and some nice people

Manager doesn't want to do thier job. Wants to go on multiple unapproved vacations and blame her team for not doing a good job. Manager wants to fight team for weekends off. Seems like the manager is a big issue.
