Pros
It was great working at an zoo/aquarium (free entry). Coworkers were great & had fun with guests
Cons
As an employee you are never praised or rewarded for hard work. ALWAYS micromanaged by management, even to the point that they installed cameras that they can hear you & watch you constantly (Very creepy). The worst "HR" ever. Basically "HR" is one person who doesn't know a thing about labor laws or how Human Resources works. If you have an issue with something/someone you should be able to go to HR and they should at least care about your concerns. Basically if you go to "HR" or management about an issue it's always a "suck it up or we will find someone who will" type of response.. Then they wonder why turn over is so high. It's rare to see people last more than 3 weeks.
