Relief Operator, covered all areas in production depending on company needs - Relief Operator Foster Farms Employee Review

Pay isn't that good. though wages are a bit above minimum wage the starting wage for entry level isn't that good. Local Management is good. However Foster Farms Corporate doesn't care, your easily replaced. The plant that I worked at was closed after the Company was Sold to Atlas Holdings so now they are closing many plants down, keeping or moving production in the states where the minimum wage is still 7.25 hr.
