if you can face the stress & tougher here, you can live / work any where. You can learn about people and deal with horrible managers.
Cons
Have seen troubling each and ever employee is one or the other way. If you join once , that's yet forget it. You literally need to fall on Director or mangers feet to relieve you. The salaries pay date is different every months, no fixed date. No employee will get hike or appraisal as assure or per policy. The manager wanted delays the appraisal process and later they will delay effective date and are really looting Lakhs of money.. Salaries are given very less compared to outside industry. Same case in paying a component called performance bonus, which is to be paid after you 1 year, but u will get with atleast 6 to 12 months delay. Hopeless policies and restrictions
