Fun coworkers and nice perks, but high turnover and low flexibility - Brand Representative Fossil Group Employee Review

Turnover is HIGH- layoffs seem to happen every 6 months. Leadership never has a clear direction (this happens most places). Quick last minute changes are constant. They are flexible to some people - but not all. UNDER PAY employees and raises are very small pay bumps (almost laughable)
