Coworkers were awesome and very nice.
Cons
Basically everything else. The work environment with management, morale, constant change, very very high turnover rate and bonus. They let you think their bonus scheme is legit but it’s a con. Targets are never met and you’re lucky to get 2-3%. Bonus plan maxed out one year so then management set the KPIs so ridiculously high the next year to make sure it was unattainable. Talk about feeling crappy when you interview people and all you want to say is, “Run away as fast as you can.” I get that companies only care about making money and everyone is replaceable but damn…. Don’t make it so blatantly obvious how crappy you treat employees. Why did a sales force of 15 people all quit at the same time?? It wasn’t them….
