      Pros

      All of the benefits were good. Some good people as well.

      Cons

      Tough to be competitive with high labor costs. Management has neglected systems for years and now with record turnover people did whatever they felt worked. Toxic work environment.

      Pros

      By working in Foseco, the foundry branch of Vesuvius, I realize the importance of working as a team. The support from the team members are extremely encouraging. Everybody takes the pride in their job, which is amazing. My manager has been a mentor for me, and I have learned so much from the engineers.

      NA. All I have is appreciation.
