      Very friendly co workers and management, lots of support received as an intern. State of the art software (cadence), fast machines

      Pay is less compared to other well established companies for the same position

      Can learn a lot and people there is very nice.

      Pros

      Got to do lot of verification things on my own. Was a very good learning experience. Good place to start the career.

      Cons

      Compensation and Benefits are little less when compared to big multinationals. Location not that great.
