      Pros

      I came in with what I felt were solid fundamentals in IT and FIT has helped me build those fundamentals into a true career path. I've worked places where not knowing something would get your head bitten off. At FIT if I don't know something then someone is ready and willing to teach me without judgement. I've never felt more comfortable working anywhere else.

      Cons

      None, it's been nearly impossible to find something bad here.
