My experience within Forward Role has been amazing. The culture is unmatched with anywhere else I’ve ever worked - it’s a place where everyone genuinely wants to see each other win and success is celebrated not only in your career journey but in your personal life too. I’ve been put on multiple external training courses for self development, management training and always encouraged to raise any areas I feel I might benefit extra training in. The support I’ve received from management at the top level for my career goals and for my well-being has been incredible - not everything always goes your way in recruitment (and in life!), but having a management team who are willing to get in the trenches with you and provide you all the support you need really makes a difference. The thing that sets Forward Role apart is the people - everyone has a good heart, and really genuinely care about doing their role well which makes it a great environment to learn from other consultants. The Operations team also move heaven and earth to help you succeed in your role and go above and beyond to provide you support where it’s needed. The social aspects of working at Forward Role are great - quarterly team events, incredible trips abroad, summer parties and all the amazing events that go on in the office!! Having worked at multiple recruitment agencies, I can confidently say Forward Role is different in all the right ways.

Directors and lead consultants very generous with their time. - Fantastic support on wellbeing side. Brian and Phill are fantastic from a pastoral sense and will always have time for you. - great commission structure, strong benefits, incentives, sales days etc! All in all fantastic firm with brilliant people at the core. Wishing them long and continued success!
