Pros
FF is growing and has a fast paced work environment. We continue to reach new heights and I think the primary driver of that is our team and overall company culture. Everyone is very supportive, positive, and hard working and it is infectious. I truly love my job and the team we have here. FF has great benefits that include (but aren't limited to) healthcare, dental, gym reimbursement, career development trainings, and 401k match among many other things. The company culture and team building events are second to none. We've had fun team dinners, Boston sports games, and company parties/events at a lot of fun bars and venues around Boston! While that is all great, I think my favorite part about Forward Financing is the career opportunities you have here. They really want everyone to grow within their roles, develop skills, and grow professionally. If you work hard you will be promoted and rewarded for it. I'm excited to see where FF goes over the next few years! I can't speak highly enough about this company.
Cons
There are growing pains as we continue to increase sales and headcount. However, this is a good problem to have and is certainly better than stagnant sales.
