Going downhill - Customer Service Agent Forward Emphasis International Employee Review

Used to be a great place to work but has taken a turn in the last few months and is now losing staff due to condescending team messages, forcing everyone back to the office, and cutting bonuses across the board. People that were hired after the lockdown and have worked from home for their entire contract should not be forced back into the office now. Spending a fortune refurbishing the office was a ridiculous and backwards thinking route to take, that money would have been better spent elsewhere. And then to use that as an excuse for cutting bonuses was ridiculous.
