No standards - No care for certifications or company baselines. Will hire without proper completion of certification or ensuring level of knowledge required to fulfill position.
HR - HR team consists of just the hiring manager which is a conflict of interest for the size of company.
Social Culture - Never get to do work with other employees often so you won't really get to meet much of the company. Almost all management up to the CEO talks down to others.
