      Pros

      FEAI is family oriented - we are a small minority owned business with a big hairy audacious goal of AI for the benefit of humanity. We are completely remote across the US, very veteran centric, DoD Skill Bridge Host, and the company always growth from within and actually encourages it! Salary is competitive and fair.

      Cons

      Because we are small - we are just coming out of the start-up phase, lots of work and no 401K,

      The company is focused on creating solutions to safeguard our nation, protect the vulnerable population and do social good. You can see this manifested in the day to day operations of the company.

      Cons

      Pressure to deliver, which is not necessarily bad. Some growing pains.
