Pros
Every day proposes new challenges. We work hard, but are well paid. Good bonus program for managers and supervisors. Room for growth within the company. Good health benefits.
Cons
No vacations between September and January due to peak season. Even trying to get 1 day off is hard to do. Some unrealistic expectations from above. Senior leadership needs to realize that their employees have families too and should be able to enjoy the holidays as well!
