Pros
Regional Manger is honest, Coworkers are pretty Ok. Some of the biggest location are relaxed and trying treat you as a human.
Cons
Unbelievable amounts of bureaucracy. No one can make any decision without calling Ohio and/or 800 number. Management cannot say NO to any local manager from customer organization even when company losses on it big time and hurts other locations on the same account and other accounts. There are just too many rules, often contradicting each other.
