      Many opportunities to learn, they employ without degree and experience.

      Cons

      One person works for 8, expected overtime yet no paid overtime. No day off from September to May. If you give 150%, they honor it with more work. Less experienced people are usually hired at higher level than their knowledge. Salary for newcomers are always higher than their existing employees. No respect for current employees.
