Cons
- Colleagues were being unprofessional by lying to a new hire that making mistakes in printing documents will be fined Rp1000 - Rp2000/pages. - The L&D "joking" that by being nice to them, won't necessarily make me pass the probation. The L&D also stated that she can simply coordinating with other colleagues to make a collective bad reviews about my performance so that I won't pass the probation. - In the probation period new hires didn't get a proper training and the employer expect the new hires to get a "common sense" in what are they're going to do in their role. Other than that, new hires were told to do a handover to other new hires and expected the process in the business will run smoothly.
