Only BDO pay wayyy lower than us, others are higher They said to increase diversity within office but feel like too many from African continents compared to other nationalities No overtime despite working like a donkey during busy season Central team not transparent about wage benchmarking and always benchmark London's salary and not regional, causing disparity and discrepancy because London salary is wayyyy higher than what we get in regional firm
