Good introductory experience to accounting, auditing and transaction services. Interesting, international environment. Work with diverse, international companies across the USA.
Cons
Despite efforts made to formalize training at the junior levels, the amount of knowledge, skills and experience gained varies a great deal based on which coworkers junior employees are staffed with. There is a disconnect between the 'French' and 'non-French' sides of WeiserMazars which at times can seem unhealthy.
