Pros
There is nothing to like about Mazars. Life at Mazars was terrible before covid and became miserable during covid.
Cons
There is no discussion for any career growth There are no values or processes in the company Superiors never do All Hands, so nobody is aware of what is happening in the company Since I joined during pandemic, hence no comments on work-life balance Company culture is total contractor model. If you are billable you are paid otherwise you will be put on LWP. Not sure why they call the hires as employees? Be ready to resign and not get paid for the notice you serve Immediate supervisor is only busy in getting new business. No discussion about your problems, growth, career, compensation etc. No discussion on talent retention. No discussion on resignation. Took lots of feedback but NO action
