Pros

Nice immediate team members. Good views if the Tower of London. Recently launched a flexible benefit scheme.

Cons

Organisation structure was lacking, managers were patronising to the point of bullying (at least mine was; it got to the level that it made me leave). It seemed that they like to overwork you over there with as little support or training possible - proper deep end type. Expected to work loooong hours. 7am til 10pm meant no work life balance and i'm pretty sure Mazars is the reasons i'm ill these days... Benefits were a little on the sparse side with 20 days holiday as standard for non management staff...I don't know how i managed. They recently launched a flexible scheme which is a step in the right direction but when the flex fund equates to £16.67 per month (or £200 per annum) it almost feels a little like a slap on the cheek and you kinda want to write to HR and say "here you go luv, keep the flex fund, it's quite insulting really" - to put into perspective depending on your salary the £16.67 is equiv to 1 days holiday.

Pros

A few people were genuinely nice

Cons

Dated processes and management, people at the top have been there forever and scrutinize newcomers. They hate if you challenge the status quo
