      Good direct team mates If you find upper management to click with, they do look out for you Work life balance can be found if you are adamant

      Cons

      Constant racist (all Mexicans are part of MS-13, Asians can't be American, etc. ) and sexist (women are too emotional, etc.) comments Sexual comments and actions from men in upper management is accepted
