      competitive compensation, work with intelligent people who take their careers very seriously, provide good feedback, i have worked in numerous industries (MD&A, financial services, real estate, media, NFP), i have worked in numerous types of engagements (audits, reviews, compilations, agreed upon procedures, firm marketing initiatives)

      office politics plays a role in why many people leave the firm, if you don't find the right people who are willing to backup your career with the firm then it will be difficult to get promoted,
