Pros
Mazars have a friendly team located in centre of Prague. Salary is by my experience competetive in accounting. They also offer workshops and additional education, but that is standart these times.
Cons
Well... My biggest problem is with boss. I work here for less than a year and every other member of my team is a new one and old team members just left. Some to other teams but more just quit the job. The company as a whole is filled with very friendly people, but my boss is quite authoritarian and perfectionist.
