Pros
- Exposure to various audits and clients - Assistant managers, managers and Senior Managers are great - Friendly colleagues - Graudate scheme is just a passport scheme
Cons
- Significantly underpaid. - Any requests to decision makers are ignored. - Utilisation has become an even larger focus the last year and constant pressure on everyone to charge as much to the client as possible without considering real life issues that audits encounter. - Whilst they can praise you to the moon and back that’s as far as it goes, no actions to mirror the words. - Tech problems result in slow/lost work and adds to the utilisation pressure as the higher ups divert the pressure of those issues onto the auditors.
