      - People are fantastic - Great atmosphere - Fantastic recruitment process - Dedicated to your success - Fund your training and exams - Provide you with appropriate time off for the exams - Train you towards a useful qualification

      Cons

      - Low pay comparatively - Training has to be in Milton Keynes division - Some offices are known to have an aggressive environment (although this was not personally experienced) - 5-year commitment to achieve Financial Planning status, after which pay becomes reasonable.
