Incredible place to work - Platform Manager Forum Ventures Employee Review

Joining Forum Ventures 3+ years ago has been one of the best decisions of my career. The team is incredible. All low-ego, high EQ. Flat structure, so everyone's ideas are heard and valued. Lots of room for growth and owning projects end-to-end. Forum Ventures also backs incredible, diverse founders. Working alongside these entrepreneurs has been one of the greatest joys of my career.

I don't find this a con, but Forum is small but scaling rapidly. If you prefer organizations with a ton of structure, process and support - this may not be the place for you.

The company is trying to grow quickly which creates a lot of conflict and moves away from their “good work culture” which they pride themselves on. It creates a toxic environment really. Leadership needs serious training, Forum puts incredible “doers” in leadership positions without training how to lead a team.
