Pros

- A really lively place to work with a fantastic sociable team. - There's a wide range of skillsets across the company with the chance to work with copywriters, strategists, motion designers and developers. - Currently moving into a large renovated office space. - Work from home is very flexible, including flexi time so you can manage your own hours. - Feedback is always very constructive. - The digital side of the company is very well structured and developed - A fairly new, growing company so a chance to be part of something exciting - Chance to grow as a designer in many different areas: brand, digital, motion, art direction

Cons

- A lot of F&B based clients, which can feel quite repetitive, but moving away from this. - Salary could be more competitive. - Sometimes tight timelines compromise the quality of work produced.
