1. No work life balance, you will get continously exploited in the name of family. 2. Micromanagement runs within the company every second. 3. Management, does not understand personal boundaries of an employee. They want to know it all. 4. If you give ideas, you have to implement it, kinda scene everyday. 5. Stupid or useless people are valued, more than the ones actually making a difference out there. 6. The company is at a startup level, even after being 16 years in the industry. There is a huge payroll problem going on in the company for last 1.5 years. Lots of delays in paying people basic salary. Provident funds are not updated for years. For newer employees, the accounts are not even credited. 6. There is no diversity in the company. Major % of employees are from Kerala,including all management positions. 7. Management will never accept their mistake, even if they are 100% wrong, they ll just say we understand.
