Cons

Hardly salary hike; Not suitable for experience people above 5 yrs; hardly work growth with new technology adaptability ; blind to praise the performance and extra efforts.

Pros

1. If you are a person who eager to learn new things on his own , only then you will feel comfortable here. 2. No management or quality control of your work. So , you are free to spend you half of working hours at near by tea stall. 3. Many salary components like regular salary , medicliam money, puja bonus, leave enchasment , yearly bonus . Will discuss real picture in cons. 4. Good place for freshers for 6 months only. 5. Salary on time by 7th . It is less . That 's why on time

Cons

1. Very Poor Starting Salary i.e. 3,500 earlier . Now it is Rs 6000. Even for B.Techs / MCA . 2. Very Poor Salary Appraisal. Min- Rs 400 to Max - Rs 1000 salary increment . 3. They provide yearly take home salary in different parts -- like regular Salary , puja bonus, medicliam money , 12 Al leave encashment and LONG pending / sometimes skipped yearly KRA /INCENTIVE. At the end , you won't be benefitted at all. For ex- your take yearly take Home Salary 1000. They will provide you 600 as monthly salary and rest will be provided on his will in different parts . 4. No specific date for yearly increment. 5. They do not provide salary when you are serving your notice period. They are dictator . If things are not as per their wish they will hold your salary even after serving notice period. 6. Most Frustrating Software Support to Customers. 1 or 2 Software Support executives are running support team. Those who are earlier giving hardware support, they are now Software Support Head. Because , no one ready to work with this company. All have bitter experience. 7. No Gratuity. They were many Senior developers along with 5 to 22 years of experience. They did not give gratuity to them. It is following proper guide lines for IT Company. 8. No help or training in Software Development. 9. Not biometric manufacture. 10. Once your project will be in good state , they will provide to 3 option by saying "we all are good people" and " you are owner of this project" or " project is your child"-- A) hire someone who will work as your helping hand. B) Induct someone from other team in your project . C) LAST OPTION-- Please hand over the project to management. They do it to kick you out once you are almost done with your project. They will maintain the project by some new fresher with very less salary. 11. Our CEO Manoj Kumar Bhandari. He thinks that he is prime minister and great IT Professional. In reality , he is most corrupted person. He don't give last month salary to many freshers. 12. You will face great difficulty once you want to leave this company. 13. So, Do not spoil your career here. If you will have to join , please leave this company by 1 year. Even they also want it . 14 . No one in this company raise his voice . Our project Manager Mr. Ritesh Kumar tried to do it partially . But he also failed
