Pros

Nice office and that would be all.

Cons

3 CEOs within 7 months, company lost the vision. A lot of people had to leave since they were made redundant(before the end of year so Fortuna doesn't have to pay them annual bonuses). Toxic workplace and it wasn't like that while Per Widerstom was running the show. It was a great company, were you were able to learn from others but they were made redundant.

High pressure and stress levels The role involves constant operational oversight, financial responsibility, and real-time problem-solving, often under time pressure. Irregular and long working hours Evenings, weekends, holidays, and night shifts are common, which can impact work–life balance. Responsibility for compliance and risk Strict regulatory requirements mean high accountability and limited tolerance for errors. Managing challenging customer situations Dealing with disputes, complaints, and problem gambling situations can be emotionally demanding.
