      Work from home was nice.

      Cons

      No communication from administration, poor pay, training for one thing for 8 weeks, then told on Friday, that the upcoming Monday will be doing a different training for a different job, including scheduled hours.

      Good interdepartmental communication, smaller teams and easier coordination with new training, attentive leadership and management. Work/life balance
