Potential to make decent money

Not a great place to be.

Not any. Leads are ok. But they purchased them illegally from sources that have a completed application and financial statements from other brokers.

They acquired leads illegally which means you can be held accountable as well. There isn't a base but only small weekly draw of $360. You can only take breaks or lunch at designated time. They have been known not to pay employees who left. Both owners have been in jail for being a drug dealer/smuggler and the other for unscrupulous business tactics .
