FTO is ok, the wellness screening definitely helps reduce insurance premiums.
Cons
Zero job security. Loyalty and service commitment only harm you in the end because you can always be replaced by young, new people willing to work for a lot less. Directors are useless. They are very off-shore driven. They lie to sponsors. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. It takes going through 8 people before you can get a question answered.
