Disorganized Recruitment and Onboarding - Clinical Trial Manager Fortrea Employee Review

I was interviewed for a position and pursued by recruiter and told I was gong for another interview any day... Recruiter kept me hanging for weeks. She was disorganized and it appears they cannot hire a CTM until the sponsor agrees. This leads me to believe the CRO has little money and cannot hire their own CTMs upfront.
