Pros

Honestly the people are the only reason I stayed here as long as I did and they are slowly but surely leaving as well. Opportunity for growth (or as it's better known, role creep)

Cons

What do you get when you acquire a whole company and then get rid of 60% of the staff? You guessed it, role creep! More focused on acquisitions than development of products but the acquisitions are poorly handled. Speaks frequently of transparency and the "HelpSystems family" in company meetings with nothing to back it up. Execs are disconnected from the rest of the workforce. Imaginary equity units which mean nothing until they mean something.

Thanks for your feedback. We agree; we have great people here. Every acquisition is different but they all add value. With some of our acquisitions, we have to make some difficult decisions to improve the stability of the company going forward. This helps ensure continued growth as well as career opportunities. It is unfortunate to hear that you didn't have a positive experience.

Pros

Supportive coworkers, good exposure to finance and business operations, and opportunities to work cross-functionally with different teams. The company is growing, so there is room to learn and take ownership.

Cons

Processes can feel a bit unclear at times, and priorities may shift quickly. Some systems and reporting workflows could be more streamlined. Like many growing companies, communication between teams can sometimes be inconsistent.
