Pros
The hiring process was incredible. There was such a high level of communication and transparency. Both recruiters were extremley caring and personable. The facilitation of communication between myself and the hiring manager could not have gone any smoother. I was also placed in the perfect postition at an amazing company. This was my first time working in the office in 4 years. I figured it would have been an adjustment, but the fact that Fortitude was so competent at hiring and position selection, it was a seamless transition. I look forward to going into the office. I also enjoy the periodic check ins from Garlin and team about my progress and all feedback from the hiring manager and the company. This has by far been the best hiring and work experience I have had in my entire career.
