      Pros

      I have joined Fortitude Systems as IT consultant in client office for more than one year. My account managers/representatives visit me (other colleagues) in client office almost every two weeks which have made me feel I am part of the team-"Fortitude-er". Office staffs are also very responsive to admin/benefits questions. I feel very great to work for/with Fortitudes Systems.

      Post hire communication kind of stops not really a con but the first week I would Expect them To check on the new hires
