      Pros

      In my case, It was a relaxed environment. My supervisor was very friendly and nice. Working time is very flexible and home work is possible at times.

      Cons

      I think it is the usual problem of a foreigner in Germany. If you are new, be prepared to see everyone going out for lunch without you :).
