A Good place to start as a graduate.Though the fund industry in general, being ultra specialised offers few careers prospects to move around. Some prospects as a consultant dedicated to fund administration are possible, however PFS world offers limited prospects to evolve quicky through hierarchy and responsibilities, compared to BIG4. Negotiation of salary is critical since no real wages are defined for a given position. No real communication in regards to important changes or new hires were existing.
