      Pros

      interaction with residents, staff, and individual facility management, the front line people

      Cons

      Corporate management doesn't follow thru on promises to fix dilapidated, unsafe buildings, company-wide. They notoriously eliminate numerous positions, requiring existing employees to cover the duties, resulting in high turnover and poor coverage for patient care.

      Pros

      - Decent Pay - Benefits (Medical, PTO, Life, etc) - At the facility level it's a pretty decent place to work

      Cons

      - Trying to get anything done 'up top' will take exponentially longer than it should. - A lot of condescension from the higher management. e.x. I'm a maintenance guy, my facility has critical roof issues. Corporate tells me, indirectly, from an email to someone else, that those issues aren't critical. I'm the one who has 12+ years experience in this subject, don't talk to me like I know nothing. - Trying to get assistance of any sort from corporate, it will take quite some time.
