Pros
The only pros are the employees who dedicate themselves tirelessly, working with poor staffing levels and heavy workloads, doing the best they can for residents in their care.
Cons
Administrator who only wants to fill beds, regardless of staffing levels and acuity. Middle level managers with no experience at all in managing people, who are not involved in bedside care, simply attend meetings and set arbitrary rules. Ruling by fear and intimidation, using a point system to penalize for minor infractions (like clocking in a minute early or late, calling in sick, forgetting your badge.) No worker involvement or input in how best to care for residents is a sad an demoralizing environment
