Pros
- The colleagues were fine, they always made time for debugging, despite their busy schedule; - Weekly meetings where everyone shared ideas, fine knowledge combined with humor and relaxation; - They have a nice 'growth platform' for managing personal goals and so.
Cons
- The 'team leader' was far from a true leader, because if our team asked him anything basic, he blamed us for not knowing it already, instead giving some advice or tips. So the entire team was really demoralized; - The manager was very upset because me and other colleagues were open to offers from other companies (no wonder we were open when the salary, including the Junior one, was comparable with a McDonald's salary); - Also the manager promised we would enter some projects, but when asked about them, he'd just avoid giving any details (done it several times); - We were constantly blamed for 'remaining behind' with learning and tasks, instead of considering it's their pace too fast and absurd. (if only one person remained behind, it would have made sense, but when an entire team of interns is far behind their 'targets', then the company/management is broken )
