Best workplace I ever had - Programmer Fortech SRL Employee Review

Everybody is treated with respect; performance is met with often reviews and they are not cheap with salary increases; multiple benefits: abroad trips to work with the client, multiple company events, language courses (EN, GE); the 13th salary; ability to work from home; multiple programming seminars. Probably the best, is the care they have for the employee; never was a time when any of my coleagues had an issue (personal or job-related) and his/her reqest was not heard by the management.
