Pros
The company's branch where I am situated offers the most positive atmosphere ever. The colleagues are top 1, you can learn a lot from them. Online learning opportunities. Ok-ish salary. You can never be bored. They strongly disagree with overtime work.
Cons
A lot of legacy code. The outsourcing feeling is strong. You just do not feel like you are working for a meaningful purpose. Not so many workshops and direct development opportunities for juniors.
