Forte has an incredible team culture and amazing leadership. The mission and vision are clear. It is a high trust work environment, we all work hard yet are quick to celebrate and give credit to others in their successes. It's hard to fully describe just how encouraging the team is, but here are two examples: When I took my first vacation, I received individual messages from each person on the team celebrating me and sending me off well. When I trained for a half marathon the co-founder and his wife left me a voicemail the night before encouraging me and letting me know they were thinking of me. I share those two because both of these examples have nothing to do with my work performance, but rather my team celebrating who I am outside of work. (Though I have felt just as encouraged in work). Another pro is the WFH set up and 4-day work week. I have been blessed by this and feel like I am in the healthiest place in my life, both personally and professionally.

Being WFH, we miss out on getting to be together as co-workers! I wish I could see them more than we do.
