Pros

I'm not sure if there is a pro for working at Forte.

Cons

Forte hires mostly contractors from companies that Forte founders and executives or their relatives own. This is a known "secret" internally within the company but nobody dares to complain about it else they will be fired. Virtually all of the "work" is done by temp /disposable hires. This kind of self-dealing is unethical with no checks in place. They keep contractors doing "busy work" so they can keep billing Forte who raised millions from investors but nothing new really gets released. All honest crypto company executives are vocal and public and out there promoting their work. Not for Forte whose executives vanished from social media platforms. The few employees they have never hear from the CEO and they don't promote their so-called "products and services" publicly almost as if they do not want to get noticed by regulators. Too much nepotism, lack of transparency, and self-dealing will slowly kill the company. Employees and contractors do not last at this company unless you're part of their inner circle.

Pros

Good pay, remote work, and good people

Cons

lack of leadership and a vision, and lack of ability to execute on creating viable product. Morale and accountability were almost non-existent. Had no performance reviews, no cost of living raises.
