      Pros

      - great culture - cozy office in the city center - transparency, openness, inclusiveness - good pay - decent equipment and access to software - working on cloud solutions, open to trying out things - support for certifications and conference attendance

      Cons

      - sometimes poor choice of projects to work on - some legacy code to maintain too - at times it's challenging to step out of the shadow of old tech leads with their own strong opinion on how things should be done - sometime the company is struggling with keeping the projects evenly funded, client's investment keeps fluctuating
